Returns and Refunds

Each item in our store is created with love and we always hope you love your items as much as we do! However, if you do encounter a problem, we’ll do our best to rectify it.
 

Need to return something?

Let’s make this easy! 
 

In order to return an item, please submit this form within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, labels, box, unworn, no stains, and able to be resold. 

We’ll email you the return address and ask that your return is shipped within 7 days. After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund.
 

Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.

 

We don't offer exchanges, so if you'd like to reorder a different size or item, we'll give you your money back on your original order so you can go ahead and place your new order as you wish!
 

*We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items, or digital products.

If an item is received damaged, please submit this form within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damage, and we’ll get this sorted for you.

Didn’t receive your item?

Please submit this form and we will track it down!

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

*This policy does not apply to Workshops, Programs, Courses, Memberships, Masterminds, Retreats, or any Coaching Products or Services. Each of these Products and Services has its own refund policy noted on the sales page and / or check-out page.
